- Property details — lot size, service preferences, and any photos you upload of your property.
- Job records — service history, scheduling details, completion photos taken by our crew, and payment status.
- Account credentials — email and password, if you create a customer or operator account (handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store your raw password).
- Payment information — if you save a payment method, your card/bank details are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and send you quotes and estimates
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on lawn care services
- To send transactional emails — estimate confirmations, quote approvals, scheduling updates, and job completion notices
- To process payments for services rendered
- To respond to your questions and support requests
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service Providers
We rely on the following third parties to operate our service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Google Firebase — account authentication, database storage, and photo storage
- Stripe — payment processing and payout handling
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Netlify — website hosting

We retain your account and service history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.
